Most Catholic Schools leave enrollment to the Principal... or the Pastor... or to a committee unsure of the critical importance enrollment plays in school culture and success. Some schools have admissions personnel, but they are usually overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. They might even be employed as both admissions and advancement, with little time to spare for either.
It's worth noting - most Catholic School leaders didn't sign up to build enrollment models, re-engineer admissions materials, plan compelling events, or finds ways to appeal to a broad community. Most Catholic School leaders signed up to focus on educating kids.

Patrick Britton, Principal and Founder
Patrick Britton has been professionally involved in education since 2003.
With a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Patrick has a broad base from which to approach different challenges.
With professional experience addressing issues facing preschool through college, Patrick has covered various aspects of the educational spectrum. Additionally, he's worked with partners and leaders from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses.
Notably, as the Director of Admissions at Walsh Jesuit, Patrick raised enrollment from 840 to 1050, an increase of 25%. He revamped the enrollment model and strategy, starting initiatives to increase yield, enhance outreach, and drive new interest in the school.
